Upcoming Procurement and Supply Chain Management Courses and Events (Sydney, Perth):
Australia’s anti-slavery legislation is now in effect. The Modern Slavery Act (MSA) must be complied with by all businesses operating in Australia with revenue of $100M or more. The legislation necessitates an understanding of supply chains and an organisation’s supply chain risk profile. And requires that relevant organisations publish an annual statement regards its supply chain activities as it relates to the purposes of the Act. Organisations that do not meet the compliance revenue threshold may choose to demonstrate their commitment to eradicate slavery in their supply chains and publish a voluntary statement. Our comprehensive one day course helps you to understand your obligations under the MSA. And provides you with the knowledge and a practical plan of action for how you can ensure your organisation or business meet the new legislation requirements.
